INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE:

Montana RV Repair and Maintenance, LLC will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Montana RV Repair and Maintenance, LLC will collect information from our users at several different points on our Site.

QUOTES:

In order to obtain a service quote, a client must first complete a request form. A user is required to give their contact information (such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the client and provide the quote or other information that they have requested. All customer information obtained via the quote request form is encrypted for security purposes and stored on a secured server.

INVOICES AND PAYMENTS:

Information is requested from the client in order to pay an invoice through our payment portal, and sign up for our Camper’s Club service. A third party service provider that handles payments for us will receive your payment information. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to complete customer requests. If Montana RV Repair and Maintenance, LLC has trouble processing a request, this contact information is used to get in touch with the client. All customer information obtained via the form by the user is encrypted for security purposes and stored on a secured server.

COOKIES:

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our Site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use the Site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on the Site.

LOG FILES:

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic and geographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

SHARING:

We may share demographic information with a credit card processing company to bill clients for services. These companies do not to our knowledge, retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES:

If we decide to change our privacy practices, we will make those changes available here so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

We make a reasonable effort to protect your information with safeguards to improve the security of the information we maintain. Our Site offers HTTPS secure access. When clients pay an invoice  or sign up for recurring member payments, and therefore enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. 

THIRD PARTY:

Our Site will take you to a third party for payment processing. We do not own or operation that third party. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of this third party. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third party services or any information you disclose to these third parties.

SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES:

Montana RV Repair and Maintenance, LLC may send the user site and service announcement updates which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their account via e-mail or phone.

CORRECTING / UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION:

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as address or E-mail), or if a user no longer desires to receive information from Montana RV Repair and Maintenance, LLC, we will endeavor to correct, update or remove that user's personal data from our database.
